I cannot believe I have made over 100 posts and not one has been about St. Stephans! It is, perhaps, the most recognized site in Vienna and is always covered in tourists. It’s also covered in people dressed in costume trying to get people to sign up for tours and operas. I get so annoyed, do I look like a tourist?!
Anyways, when Grant and I first got to Vienna we took the u-bahn to Stephansplatz. We got off the u-bahn and walked through the crowds looking at all the shops and cafes. It took about 10 minutes before we looked up and realized there was a gigantic cathedral in front of us. We felt like idiots.
