I wonder if it’s allowed to charge companies with littering when they ignore the “no unaddressed mail please” signs. I’ve often thought about spamming them in return. Filling their inbox with thousands of messages just saying “no unaddressed mail please”…
well in the US, post offices are paid to load up a P.O. box with the junk mail and flyers. If you request no junk – they tell you this and if you don’t to remove the junk and it overflows – they’ll charge you for the extra service involved in keeping the overflow.
